George began his aviation career as an Army helicopter pilot serving in Viet Nam in the late 1960's as a pilot for Army Special Forces and Navy Seals. His civilian career began as a sales representative for Bell Helicopter in the early 1970's. He then managed a flight department at Teterboro until the early 1980's. Throughout the 1980's he was employed by Sikorsky Aircraft, responsible for the sale of over 50 S-76 helicopters in the corporate environment.

In the late 1980's George left Sikorsky and founded Aircraft Services Group with Jon Parker.

George provides a wealth of experience in FBO operations, both fixed and rotary wing aircraft sales, as well as aircraft management operations on a worldwide basis.

Jon earned his pilot's license in the early 1980's. His pursuit of additional ratings and flight experience gave him invaluable experience as a pilot, and ultimately led to a career in business aviation management.

During the 1980's Jon gained experience in FBO and flight school management, airport management, flight dispatch, charter sales, and aircraft sales. Before founding ASG with partner George Reenstra in 1989, Jon held the position of VP of Fixed Wing Operations, with an organization of nearly 200 people operating more than 20 aircraft.

Dispatch/Charter:
These individuals in the flight charter department guide their team in order to provide the client with unparalleled service both in the air in private and commercial aircraft and on the ground with a full array of hotel and amenities.

Paula Pereira

Paula has been an integral part of Aircraft Services Group since its inception. She oversees operations both in general and commercial aviation. With twenty years of aviation charter experience, she has developed much of the organizational structure of the department. She has adopted and specialized the concierge aspect of aircraft charter and management where one call to Aircraft Services Group is all you need.

Nancy Danko

Nancy's expertise is built upon a long work history in the travel industry. She had been employed by Stratton Travel and previously Delta Airlines for over 20 years. Nancy's knowledge and capabilities provide an excellent level of expertise for all commercial travel to include airline, hotel, and ground. Nancy is fully capable of answering any questions regarding commercial air travel, hotels, and ground transportation.

Flight Operations:
These individuals, with their vast experience in the aviation industry as flight crew members provide outstanding leadership to flight crews, insuring clients the highest standard in professionalism and safety.

Ed Schmidt
Chief Pilot

Ed developed his interest in aviation as a teenager. He attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and earned his commercial, instrument, and multi-engine, and flight instructor ratings. He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautical Science and a minor in Meteorology. In 1981, he obtained his Airline Transport pilot certificate. He is currently flying the Hawker 800 and Gulfstream IV.

Maintenance:
These individuals ensure that all of our Aviation Maintenance Technicians have undergone professional training in the aircraft and are capable of providing the highest level of support and maintenance.

David Harrison

David has over twenty five years of aviation maintenance experience. A graduate of Teterboro School of Aeronautics, he has extensive experience on Hawker, Bell, Sikorsky, and Gulfstream aircraft. David attends FlightSafety maintenance training updates and initials. In addition, he holds an Airframe & Powerplant certification.

Vincent Menichino
Quality Control Manager

Vincent is responsible for the maintenance of our fixed-wing and rotor aircraft. His experience spans more than fifteen years. He is a graduate of Teterboro School of Aeronautics and attends FlightSafety maintenance training courses. Vincent holds an Airframe & Powerplant certification with inspection authorization.

Finance:
These individuals possess the leadership skills that are instrumental in providing the clients with detailed, accurate reports clearly outlining aircraft operating costs through continuous oversight with their department associates, in addition to maintaining the IT and HR departments.

Vicki holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from William Paterson University, NJ. Prior to joining ASG, Vicki served as Director of Finance for fifteen years with a major New Jersey corporation. She brings over twenty years of corporate accounting experience to our organization.

Support Staff:
The leadership provided by Lois and Diane, with their staff, allow the Executives to provide the clients with on-time responses and maintain constant awareness of the day to day and long term objectives of Aircraft Services Group.

Lois is Executive Assistant to the partners. She brings a lengthy and diverse history as an executive assistant in corporate law departments including Ingersoll-Rand, ITT Corporation, and several private law firms. She is responsible for the day-to-day support operations in the executive department. Lois is a graduate of Katharine Gibbs School.
