Service
The Customer Flight Operations Department is our front line, insuring that your trip goes smoothly - from door to door service and beyond. We know what you expect, and we deliver. As an ASG client, you'll be assigned a dedicated customer service representative to coordinate all aspects of your aircraft operation. This knowledgeable individual will be your single point of contact, capable of providing you with up-to-the-minute status of your aircraft, as well as the ability and the authority to take care of all of your needs.

Accountability
As a company founded by aircraft owners, we understand the need to manage costs and provide detailed analyses of expenditures on both a monthly and cumulative basis. You'll receive a monthly itemized report detailing all expenses, fees and trip details such as route, passengers, duration, and optional charter revue activity. Our Financial Services Department will continually provide you with answers to all your cost related questions. We have a transparent and responsive open book policy - designed by owners for Owners

Fleet Advantage

Asset Management
An aircraft is a valuable asset and important business tool. ASG is dedicated to preserving and maintain value. Your aircraft will be maintained using our Crew Chief program - where one team leader knows your aircraft from tip to tail. Your Crew Chief, working with our technical team, will manage aircraft maintenance exceeding FAA and manufacturer's recommended standards. Our computerized record keeping will insure that nothing is left to chance. When the level of maintenance requires work by an outside firm, we will carefully select an authorized facility operating under the strict supervision of our Crew Chief maintenance program.

Your aircraft will always be presented with pride. Our in house employee cleaning staff is dedicated to keeping your aircraft in pristine condition - you'll never have strangers running through your aircraft.

All ASG senior managers have business backgrounds and flight crew/operations experience. We understand the special needs of flight crews, which is evident in our retention rate.

Additionally, ASG can also offset your costs via charter income, if you so desire.
